CrosBros Recruits will walk players through a pro-style workout including: a bullpen, 60-yard dash, infield/outfield drills, pop times, and live batting practice on the field.

Check-In Time (Pitchers/Catchers): 9:00 - 9:30 am
Check-In Time (Position Players): 10:00 - 10:30 am
